Since founding 200 Proof in 2004, Mony Revel has redefined the event industry in Los Angeles and beyond. Known for her business savvy, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate client needs, she ensures every event is a success while guiding her team to deliver at the highest level. Beyond running 200 Proof, Mony also manages a second business and her thriving household of three. With an outstanding staff and loyal client list, she continues to prove she’s among the best in the business for over 20 years.

Meet Garin

Assistant, 200 Proof

Garin, originally from Indonesia, moved to California with his family in 2002, and started his journey freelancing in the event space as a brand ambassador, commercial actor and later transitioned into the staffing industry at the start of 2023. Garin has a passion for events/people and feels the staffing industry is a very rewarding career path. Since joining 200 Proof, he has been an intricate part in all the logistics and behind the scenes of staffing for our wonderful clients. Outside of work, Garin’s interest include fitness, photography, swimming & exploring SoCal.

Hailing from Texas, John brings southern hospitality and strong leadership to every event he manages. A skilled director and producer, he’s known for creating seamless, memorable experiences with calm expertise — and for his love of movies, music, and indoor plants.

Marcio

With over six years in the events industry, Marcio specializes in production, project, and event management from planning to execution. Known for his organization and problem-solving skills, he’s also passionate about cycling, soccer, and traveling.

Joel

With extensive experience in communications and service, Joel has quickly established himself as a highly sought-after event manager in Los Angeles, handling events of all sizes while building lasting connections with planners, caterers, staff, and vendors.

Sam

Sam began his career in TV and film production and has since mastered coordinating large-scale events of all kinds. He is capable of remaining calm and level-headed even during the most challenging and chaotic events while providing impeccable service.

Tyler

Tyler has been in the events industry since 2015 and is fully prepared for any challenge that comes his way. Known for his calm, “lead by example” approach, he’s a go-to manager under pressure and a passionate writer and actor off the clock.

Logan

With over 10 years in hospitality, Logan is a reliable and confident presence at any event. Skilled in bartending, serving, and event management, he ensures guests have a great experience. From San Diego, he enjoys the beach and acting whenever he can.
